	   2 oz  Styrian Goldings 5.3%
	   4 tsp Gypsum
	 1.5 lb  Light Candy Sugar
	2.25 lb  Table Sugar

At 5 Minutes
	 20 gram Pre-ground Corriander
	 15 gram Orange Peel
	1.5 oz   East Kent Goldings
